2. What data we process

  • Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), your message and the language of the page you sent it from.
  • Email: the content of messages you send us and your email address.
  • Visiting the website: when you open the site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, in order to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks.

The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts are served from this website, not from third parties.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Answering your inquiry and, if you wish, preparing a collaboration: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering inquiries).
  • Running the website securely: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure, working website).

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who receives the data

We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:

  • Web3Forms: delivers contact form messages to our mailbox and keeps a copy for a limited period.
  • Cloudflare: hosting and security of the website.
  • Namecheap (Private Email): hosting of our mailbox.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In that case, the transfer relies on the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiries and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any collaboration that follows. If no collaboration follows, we delete them within 12 months. Longer retention applies only where the law requires it, for example for invoices. Our hosting provider keeps technical data only briefly, according to its own policies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to tomislav.fucek@tagmaticum.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr) or with the supervisory authority in your country.

7. Changes

We may update this notice when our services or the law change. The current version is always available on this page.
